Why Starcs Exists

I spent sixteen years inside corporate CPG, growing brand portfolios worth hundreds of millions of dollars for companies like Nestlé, KIK, and French's. I was good at it, and the results showed it. But the pace of that world, seventy-hour weeks, constant travel, everything running on someone else's schedule, eventually caught up with me. I found myself searching for something different: better health, and the kind of freedom that comes from building something of my own instead of running someone else's machine.

Starcs Digital is what came out of that search. I built it so I could bring the same big-brand strategic rigor I used at Nestlé and KIK to founder-led brands who need it most, without the seventy-hour weeks, and without the price tag that usually comes with that level of experience. Founder-led CPG and e-commerce brands need that same caliber of strategic thinking, and most of them can't access it, it's usually locked inside big companies or priced out of reach. Starcs exists to close that gap.

Our Mission

Starcs Digital exists to help CPG and B2C brands break through growth ceilings by making meaningful, sustainable connections with their audience.

Who We Work With

Founder-led CPG and e-commerce brands who've built something real but hit a wall, dependent on a platform, no way to reach their own customers again, or not ready for the room they're trying to get into.

What We Believe

We refuse to over-promise or belittle a founder for not having this figured out already. Every brand we work with is at a different stage, and that's the starting point, not a problem to fix first.

We lead with integrity and big-brand rigor, not shortcuts or random tactics thrown at a wall. What worked for a $600M portfolio and what works for a founder-led brand aren't as different as people assume.

We tell clients the truth even when it costs us the easy sale, especially then. Softly encouraging until the stakes are high, then direct when it matters, because a truth that saves you money is worth more than a comfortable answer that doesn't.

Marketing is a marathon, not a sprint. Results take time, and we don't pretend otherwise to close a deal faster.
